Update: The Alcatraz design has been updated and the vent/pocket layout is now similar to the new Lombard. Products shown in pictures may have optional leather treatments which change the texture and look of the leather. The Alcatraz suits now come standard with a complete set of Sas-Tec armor including the elbows, shoulder, hips, knee and back protectors. The back protector blows past CE Level 2 requirements. Alcatraz is the first ever leather oversuit. Race leathers are far from ideal for daily use, commuting or touring. The Alacatraz suit takes the convenience and features of the Lombard series and combines it with the abrasion resistance and protection of racing leathers.
The Alcatraz one piece suit comes loaded with a convenient full length zipper, mutliple vents and plenty of pockets. Imagine: the protection of racing leathers but the convenience of a one piece riding suit which you can simply slip over regular street wear.
Leather is still the most abrasion resistant material available and we use premium cowhide for the ultimate luxury experience. These suits use up to 40% more leather than regular racing leathers as they are sized to fit as oversuits
