Step 1:
Please do take a look at the size charts to determine if a standard size will work for you. If you need help with figuring out the size chart then give us a call or send us an email.

Step 2:
If a size seems very close to your measurements, we will send you a trial size first. If you don't need a trial then skip to Step 3.
The trial is only for sizing purposes. The item sent to you does not reflective the materials and quality of final suits. All suits use the same sizing pattern.
Once you receive the trial, please check the fit for comfort on the bike. Make sure you can move comfortably without any binding. Also ensure the sleeve and pant lengths are adequate when on the motorcycle. Feel free to ride in the trial suit.
If there are certain problems with the fit of the trial, then note down the changes you need and move on to Step 3.
Step 3:
If you need a custom product then you will have to provide body measurements.
If you received a trial, you can also mention fitment issues in addition to the measurements. Instructions on how to take body measurements can be found on our Measurement Guide page. Select the "custom" option in the size drop-down when placing your order. If you want a custom color scheme, select the "custom" option in the color drop-down as well.
Then you must fill out the form linked below with all your custom order info including measurements:

Important Note: The risk of the custom size lies entirely with the customer. Over the past few years we have made hundreds of custom suits for our huge customer base. You can read their reviews all over the web. We make a suit as per the measurements provided by the customer and will not be responsible for the fit. We will do our best to create a size that works best for you - however since we are working with the measurements you gave us, we are not responsible for the end result. The only exception is if we make something smaller than the measurement provided. See our FAQ for our company policy regarding custom orders. |
