To process a return/exchange or for warranty issues, you will need to get an RMA number and wait for approval from Teiz Motorsports. To start this process, please start by visiting your account profile. Then click the "View Details" link for the particular order you need customer support for.
One the order details page, click on the "Add New RMA" button
You will see a form similar to the one below.
Select the quantity of items being returned. Then select the issue with that item:
Next please select the resolution you are seeking
Click save. We process all requests within 2 business days. You can track the progress of your RMA requests through your account profile
On the details page you will be able to see comments from our staff and the status of your support request.
